On dynamics of changes of the engine Raba-Man D 2156 HM6U lubricant oil characteristics

In the paper the results of research of operational oils Mobil 15W/40 and Powerway 15W/40 used in the bus engine Raba-Man D 2156 HM6U received by a complex method of infra-red spectroscopy and ferrography have been considered. On the basis of these results optimum terms of change of lubricant oils Mobil and Powerway recommended for engines of the given type have been established, and dynamics of oil ageing has been established.

Complex technology of engine’s diagnostics and equipment for estimation of technical state of internal-combustion engine pistons

The paper presents the results of investigation the engine’s diagnostics method by measuring gas pressure in crank case of engine. The general ideas of the given method, used equipment, procedure of the complex technology of engine’s diagnostics and the results have been considered. Some ways of further development of the given diagnostics method have been defined.

Assessment of technical condition of the internal combustion engine by pressure in intake and exhaust manifolds

The paper presents the results of the development of methods of diagnosing the internal combustion engine by pressure in the intake and exhaust manifolds. The description of these methods have been given, the informative modes of diagnosis have been defined. Results of investigations of various faults effect on the values of diagnostic parameters have been given.

Assessment of technical condition of the internal combustion engine according to the current consumed by the starter motor when scrolling

The paper presents results of working out the method of diagnosing an internal combustion engine by current consumed by the starter when scrolling engine. The general idea of the method, equipment used for research have been presented. The results of researching impact of combustion chamber leakage on oscillogram of current consumed by the starter when scrolling engine have been given as well as revised limits of diagnostic parameters.
